Although it depends on the campaign, i can certainly see such
conventions in a "civilized" SJ campaign. I mean heck, during the Civil
War people would watch battles from their rooftops without a great concern
that they were in danger. Probably won't work in savage or dark ages style
gaming, but rennissance/nepolionic era gaming it'd work great :)
