Actually, that's pretty close. We're in the 4th-6th level. Given the
game, our advancement is kinda slow, but really nobody notices because a)
the story is really good and b) we don't have Elminster showing up every few
turns to pimpslap us around and deride us for being such wusses. And
really, the action is nice and tight, and its extremely rare we run out of
stuff like spells in combat. It's low-level gaming at its best, IMO :D

Sure! I'll add some notes about Raken at the bottom, if it'll help :)

I wouldn't mind hearing about what you did with Raken, he's a hoot to
play! Heh, probably should add the part below to the overall description of
Raken :D

Raken as played in Jammers: Raken is an easy-going member of the Company
of the Silent Stars. He provides most the healing for the party, having
many times patched fellow members up from near-death. In some ways he has
proven a moral compass for the party, giving advice and inspirational ideas
that has saved the party from near destruction at least once (it was Raken
who came up with the idea to use a smokepowder bomb to destroy a scro
vipership, thus evening the odds against a pair of such ships that destroyed
the Company's first ship).
Raken keeps his past to himself. It is known that he hails from
somewhere in Greyspace, probably a spelljamming community. He joined a sect
of Celestian-worshipping druids early in his life. He has displayed an
extreme dislike of "ladies of the night" on two occasions, appearing to
fight great anger within himself. Raken is tempered by a sense of mercy
that most recently revealed itself when he healed Jax, a former party member
who attempted to murder Raken while he was at the helm of the ship during a
dangerous mission. Raken also displayed his skill with the scimitar in that
event, cutting down Jax with a single blow.
Raken is on friendly terms with all of the members of the Silent Stars.
His closest friends are Holland and Ferric. He has a friendly rivalry with
Italapate and most recently with Allagan, the other two priests of the
party, but the rivalry is driven more by fellowship and friendship rather
than jealously or religious differences.
There are few possessions owned by Raken that are remarkable. His
scimitar is quite magical, able to create a hypnotic pattern that can
disable his opponents with ease. He favors healing and defense magic, using
few spells that cause direct damage.
