*The pirate hunting privateer Reckless Ranger has recently returned to Bral
after a five-year absence.  Captain Ryltar has prominently displayed
privateering licenses from both the Rock and the Elven Imperial Fleet, and his crew of
adventurous souls has been hitting the bars with plenty of spending money.  The
drow captain is also apparently recruiting, as the hammership is down
fourteen crew members.  Only the valiant and the trustworthy need apply, as Captain
Ryltar is noted for the high moral standards of his crew.
