two more short questions

oops sorry I ment include these two with the others but I accidently left them out

Since elven ships are living plants to they get killed by Defiler magic?
Would the magic have to affect an are as large as the ship?  What
happens if it only affects a section?

Does the blighter (from defenders of the wild) prestige class's
deforestation ability affect elvish ships?  It stops all photosynthesis
so would the ship stop growing, eventual brown, wither and die?

Can you use poisons on living ships?  i.e.  If I pour a bunch of Herbicides on a flitter will it die?
