Look for any Oriental Adventures/Kara-tur products.  The Shou are
based on Han dynasty China, but in RoB they give their Thieves' Guild
the name 'Yakuza' which is a Japanese name. Tong or Yakuza,
essentially the same, just like Mafia. all organized crime groups
operate pretty much the same way. They just dress up their thuggery
in fancy language and false history (commonly claiming to protect the
'common folk' from the upper class).

Pretty much, any Oriental info you use will work okay.
