De'Lyrannan Leafbower CG em C10/W7 Str 8, Wis 20, Int 19, Cha 18

    Raised on the rural planet Hect in GreatSpace, De'Lyrannan was always a
thin and sickly elf, but one with a sparkling and disarming wit. Seized
early by the wanderlust of his clan he ventured forth into the flow as soon
as the opportunity presented itself. After furthering his studies of magic
in numerous Spheres he heard the call of the Wandering God and shortly after
was initiated into the mysteries of the Church of Celestian.
     Numerous within the IEN appeared, but De'Lyrannan (De'l to his human
friends) had no interest in the rigid structure and questionable honor of
the Fleet. He still had vivid memories of the family outrage at what
happened on Armistace. He divides his time between his estates on Hect and
missions of exploration. Taking his holy duities very seriously he makes a
point of travelling twice as much as his priestly duties require.
    A wise and kindly elf of middle age, he is saddened that new Unhuman
Wars are starting and wary of the opportunities for rationalization of
dishonorable acts. He is one of the few elves who actually respects the scro
ability to learn, and dreams of one day seing a lsting peace between elf and
scro. He is also realistic enough to realise that this has little chance of
ever happening.
