They were released in that transition period, after TSR had been taken over
by WoTC but while TSR   still had the rights and could release what they
wanted.  Some said TSR released the electronic products because profits
didn't matter to them anymore, and WoTC couldn't stop them yet because the
intellectual rights hadn't legally passed over to them yet.  I have Core
Rules and Core Rules 2.0, and Dragon Archive.  The Dragon Archive has the
WoTC logo on it, but Core Rules is TSR.  Don't know about the Realms
Interactive Atlas because I didn't get it in time (I wasn't a big Realms fan
at that time).

Thanks for the leads.  I tried Amazon a month or so ago, but though it was
listed whenever I actually went to buy it they told me is wasn't avialable
any more.  Same thing when I was looking for it about five months ago.  If I
keep looking it will pop up somewhere.
