WotC, Electronic Resources, and the FRIA

Actually I thought it was right after WotC bought TSR that the TSR
draconian "no net stuff" policy was killed and replaced with something
that actually supported fans.  I also thought the 3 CD projects (Dragon
Archive, Core Rules, and FRIA) were under WotC, though since Profantasy
handled FRIA I could see TSR simply licensing them to do it (Profantasy
handles all the hassles and has all the risk while TSR reaps pure
profit).

Try gamespot.com, babbages, Software, Etc., Amazon, Compusa.com, and
the like.  I could have sworn I've seen it within the last year still
on store shelves somewhere so those are good places to look (I was told
at Gamespot that they actually ask all their affiliate stores if they
have a product in stock when someone requests on-line).
