Can you back this assertion up with facts?

Besides, you can get 3e and 3.5e for free, so this seems irrelevant.

Did they get nasty letters from WotC because they were posting

There you and I agree, to a degree.

You never did seem to affirm or deny that WotC has been taking steps to
make sure no one can buy a copy of the FR Atlas.

That's great. I, on the other hand, do not. That's not to say I like
WotC 100% over TSR, but overall I am happy with the direction of the
game.

Actually, it is not relevant. I am allowing it, and even responding to
it, because the list is slow and my tolerance for off-topic postings
increases when the list is slow.
