Death Helm (art)

An orc is caught in the dreaded Death Helm, a foul thing that drains the
life force from its victims. Not only that, it beguiles them into a
delirium of ecstasy as it slowly kills them over days. This horrible
thing is mostly used by the most evil of creatures to power their
mystical arts, usually to make massive vessels fly such as the neogi
DeathSpider.
