Exactly, it being the combined prevalence of arcane Rune Masters and divine
time magics in the Midgard system that powers their superior helms IMC.
    It's my way of dropping the entire question of do crystal shells
exist -- no native 'jammer need ever reach the place where it should be.

PS.  if anyone's interested I could post more info on the system, but
frankly there are already quite a few out there
