The largest asteroid in our solar system is 637.5 miles across. Thats the
long side of Ceres, and its kinda elliptical. The next largest are Vesta,
Pallas, Hygiea, Davida, Chiron, and Interamnia, or which the largest is barely half
the size of Ceres.....SO, I think Type B is probably the largest possible
asteroid. Really, though, what is your classification for asteroid? I usually
reserve the term for airless rocks, and always use size A for that. Larger
rocks support air in SJ physics, as long as vegetation exists.
