My guesses on the stat meanings:

Full AC/HR/HP => Armor class, hardness, hit points
Sec AC/HR/HP => Section armor class, hardness, hit points.  Probably a 10' x
10' square.
(The first set is for the hull, the secondary set is for rigging & sails).

Speed: X kts => X knots
Weapons:
Oxebelle => Not sure what that is.  I'm sure its a historic weapon, though.
Scorpion => That's a ballista, isn't it?
Pegger => Same as Oxebelle above.
F=forward S=Starboard P=Port A=Aft

Everything else should be self-explainatory.
