You can't be legal. WotC won't bother with suing you I wouldn't think, but
there is no legality in any Spelljammer website other than one owned and
operated by WotC. Legal fact. There is no genuine "fair comment" or similar
in reproducing slabs of spelljammer. Even original stuff in theory can't use
any WotC property including but not limited to names and races and so on.

Exception: stuff that is still in the d20 OGL. Why worry. Do what you want
and change it if the c*c*sm**ers from WotC complain.
