When a Bear Hug is successful doesn't it count as continual damage and
doesn't the Psionicist have to make a Concentration Check to manifest it's
powers??????
When doing so you almost effectively negate the manifestation abilities of
the Psionicist unless he succeeds a concentration check.

Maybe a bear hug that when successful blocks psi use in the target until
the
bear releases them? IE improved grab bear hug plus range touch
