Couple of things:

First, you should probably have a look at d20 Deadlands, Iron Kingdoms and
Dragonstar for appropriate skills / feats.

Second, your OGL version is not in the legal format. You can't specify a
limitation such as your ESD clause. You should just be stating what is
open
content, what is "closed content" and what is third party copyright.

Not shitbagging you, just critiquing professionally.

==> Said politely and taken as such !!! Since the beginning I am battling
with the stuff what legal is and what not. I came up with this format some
time ago and it worked for me.
If it is not too much to ask. Can you give me a better example (no
complete convertion asked but some illuminating examples would help me
greatly.).
