        Bral is as easy to take over as you want.  For example, if you don't
want it to fall, then its populace is united in its defense -- they like
things the way they are.  If you don't want it to fall, then its populace
is disorganized and apathetic -- one ruler is just as good as another.  IMO,
it wouldn't fall without a massive undertaking.  Andru is a sneaky bastard,
and I wouldn't be surprised if a reason Bral hasn't fallen yet (everybody
and their grandmother wants to take it for some reason) is that he has a
secret cabal of telepaths that go around and randomly read minds.  This
allows 'em to quickly stumble onto any internal threats.  (It also gives
him good blackmail material to help "organize" the locals.)

        In the end, if you want Bral to fall, nobody on this list will
stop you. :)
