Well, we could sharpen our pitch-forks, and start up into a whole bru-hah-ha
over this again. Or, we could quit while we're ahead, and look at it all
rationally.

SO. When a new list members comes on, they ask
what everyone's opinion is on the "2e-3e thing".

Rather like asking someone how the recently-dead mother they never got along
with has been doing. But we can't expect people not to ask. I just wish
people would stop caring so much what happens when other people roll the
dice. Both editions have good points and bad points.

I mean heck, I think I'll switch to Call of Cthulhu for a minute so I can
make a sanity check...This is really getting old.

I think I'm running out of two cents to throw at this thing to make it go
away. So, yeah. Complain about this edition or that edition if you want to,
but do it by private e-mail, or make a 2e/3e flamewar group on Yahoo, or
whatever. Just please, don't fill *my* mailbox with that particular problem.
