Really? I have found that 2e is more 'character unique' than 3e, at least
without adding prestige classes to every single character. I think this is
mostly because of the 2e weapon proficiency rules. Of course, this is only
an initial opinion, as I have not had a chance to play a full 3e game yet.
However, despite this, I do like 3e. I'm just not using it for my SJ games
at this time. I think (as has already been said) that it would change the
flavour of an SJ game, although it might not be a bad change.
