        In looking at the actual numbers for his conversions, I get the
impression he had the BtM conversions up when he wrote his to make sure no
numbers match at all.  I think he did this because, looking at the
disclaimer, it seems that he's in the middle of the process of trying to
sell SotSM, possibly to Dragon again (guessing).  Thus numbers were
dilibrately made not to match to avoid any legal problems.

        I do find this kinda odd...isn't according to Wizard's policy that
any conversions pretty much considered OGL, at least numbers only?  But I'm
no lawyer :)
