Well, you could always say that the Xenotermination, Limited (Rock of
Bral, pg. 74) has a break away group that didn't like the idea of just
killing monsters.  this group believe that even dangerous, wild monsters
can be tamed or captured humanely.

Their leader is Uriksedda's half-brother, Unandd, who is a ranger.  Most
of his staff are rangers, clerics and druid.  He and his sister have
quite the rivalry, which can get messy sometimes.

How's that?
