I understand your concerns Static but I don't see it that way. I've stated
on the SJML that I want anyone who joins the group to make sure they are
still a part of the SJML as well. Plus, I've placed a link for the SJML in
the links section of the yahoo group.

And yes I like yahoo's interface. I've got used to it being a member of the
DSD20 yahoo group. And I like the people on the SJML just fine, although I
am a newbie on the list so I don't really know them all just yet. I'm happy
with what the Council has done and don't feel left out at all. In fact, I'm
looking forward to given my opinion on things in the future.

However, if you don't want me to promote the yahoo group on the SJML, I
won't. I'm not looking to start a war or anything. I really believe their
is room for both groups.

Plus, the material I'm working on won't go on the yahoo group until I've run
it past the SJML first and if it is given a place on Beyond the Moons then I
won't be duplicating it in the yahoo group's file section. What would be
the point?

In conclusion, I see the yahoo group as more of a place to banter around
strange, new concepts that break away from the normal aspects of the
Spelljammer campaign setting. Say if you want to add some low-grade tech to
your campaign or change the nature of wildspace to be more realistic than
the standard or make the phlogiston even wilder in nature. Who knows? IMO,
any talk about spelljammer is good talk.

What does everyone else think? Opinions, complaints, threats?
