Create Helm spells(?) - Spheres within Spheres

This renaissance idea is truly interesting. The concept can be developed in
SJ to an space with "spheres within spheres". Imagine a system whose
inhabitants created a method of encasing its planets in a border phlogiston.
You can't got phlogiston in an sphere but you could (by godly or whatever
means) create a micro space between spheres, like a coconut. In the white
parts: the material of the flow. An explanation for this need, could be that
the vast majority of the planets are made of fire using creatures who
developed fireballs and the like to an art, virtually bombing their
neighbors to death in war. To stop this insanity from totally obliterating
the peoples, there it is: an encased planet, no fire inside.
