Well, the plan is that the Scro will attack during the evening. Also,
there is a "convention gathering" of 500 some drow, who merely claim
they are a Southern Continent Elven Culture. Of course, this is a total
lie, but many believe them except of course a band of over righteous
paladins called Knights of the White Shield who insist they are evil.

That's hard to say.  The Rock of Bral, btw, lists Bral's fleet as 6
hammerships, 8 squidships, 2 lampreys, 3 tradesmen, and a vipership, for a
total of 20; Bral also has fixed defenses.  This doesn't count any privateers
that may be in port, or adventuring crews, etc.  How the scro fleet is
composed will be extremely important.  30 mammoths could probably shatter the
defending ships relatively easily.  30 dragonflies would get swatted.

Their success is open to question, as you haven't indicated how you're
planning on having them run the city when and if it falls.
