Erm...they have the official fleet outnumbered five-to-one? THat ought to be
a short attack. The rats flee the sinking Bral (they aren't obligated to
stay and fight to the death) and the Scro decimate the Bral ships.

Really though, this is a campaign-specific question. Either the Scro sweep
in, take heavy casualties, take what they want, and go-or there's a
hard-fought battle where neither side gives any quarter, and the invasion
lasts for weeks.

Generally speaking, I would tend towards the latter, because the scro aren't
petty brigands, and they should have some plot going for them.
