Great choice, one of the best fan deckplans, and done for a needed
ship. The IEN needs a mid-sized 'elven' vessel. Take away the idiotic
'bright as the sun covered with C Light spells' aspect of the radiant
ship and it works well for that.:)

_Interesting_. I like this idea, such divided loyalties along feudal
lines fits elves well IMO. :)

[Yes, feudalism encouraged divided loyalties. The 100 Years War was
started because of competing feudal obligations :)]

8 and 10 both seem to have helms? :)

The NPCs seem pretty cool as well, perhaps a _little_ low in level
for an elven vessel, but not by much.
