That's OK.  At least I get a skim. :)  If you see anything in skimming
feel free to post it.  Feedback is always appreciated.

If you look at the module and read the conversion notes you'll see what
was really said.  Also, you are wrong about blockades and attacks.
It's much easier to simply sit and intercept any shipping outside of
reach of the town's defenses than attack a fortified town.  As Paul can
tell you, most ship interceptions happened at choke points, such as
near harbors where you knew ships would be coming.  He mentioned
something about it recently, in fact.
