This may not be quite the answer you are looking for, but I
scrapped all of the "official" religions, including demi-human,
for my SJ games. Elves revere spirits and the spiritual side of
things. Orcs worship their ancestors. Dwarves have a sort
of combo monotheism/small pantheon. Halflings and humans
typically worship gods as typical in D&D, though halflings don't
necessarily have a little pantheon of their own, seperate from
others. Gnomish religion varies, but in general most worship
the one well known gnomish god.
