Sorry, im brainstorming a lil tonight, its late, and ive had far too much iced coffee

anyway - advanced designs.  GNOMES!  why didnt we think about it?
Surely every gnomish ship is of advanced design.  When you/the
list/whoever comes up with a few options for advanced design effects,
how about a seperate list including gnome-only options, and gnome ships
are allowed to have up two double the normal ammount of benefits, but
have large chances of failing/mucking up etc.

spell reflectors, sips made entirely of rams, non-magical enginies,
little "gravity elevators" that allow people to rotate on a platform
through a gravity plane - stuff like that :)  Maybe even (gasp)
Transformer ships?  mmm I can see the gnomish Unicron allready....
