Re: Elven Martial Art

I read about the macha thing in the Washington Post, in an article about the
advances science has made toward realizing science fiction. I haven't got a
URL for you, but I've heard rumors it would vastly magnify strength and let
a man run at 50 miles an hour.
You could try searching "military" "Unoited States" and "exoskeleton," or
not. There isn't a finished version yet, that's the only definite I have.
