Updated the 3e Ship Combat and Construction Systems

I have updated the beta versions of my two new systems.
The intro at BtM has a listing of what changed, but it
includes guidelines for multihex ships (which I forgot the
first time around) and pretty diagrams for ram angle, including
ram angle for multihex ships.
