Fire trap arrows won't work.  You have to have an openable container
for fire trap.  Glyph of warding would not work on an arrow IMC and the
2e spell description seems to imply the same but doesn't say so (it
does say it prevents intrusion, so offensive use seems to be out, and
how do you intrude on an arrowhead anyway?).

Wizard lock requires an openable object also, and one that is already
put together.  Your harpoon can't open and isn't part of whatever it
hits.

It's the enchanting that's the problem, not the materials (though in
some areas both will be problems).

The latter tactic has been posted several times by me.  It's a pretty
good one.  Dazzling wouldn't work by the spell description, however.
Continual light has a set area of effect, regardless of what's around
it, the magic can only illuminate to a certain range.
