Tactical Speed

I'll toss an idea into the shark pool for folks to shred:) What do
you think of changing the size of hexes down to 100 yards from 500?
While keeping SR as noted (SR 1 = 1 hex of tactical movement).Thus,
spells would not be as completely useless beyond a hex and flying
creatures like pegasai would become much more interesting:)
