An important question from a list-illiterate

I am leaving for Maine in a couple of days and I am transferring my
email to a net-based account for the duration of my stay (about a month)
as opposed to a server-based one.  Does anyone know how I would go about
subscribing an additional email address?  I'm sure it said on the letter
that I was to save when I first subscribed to the group, which I did
save, but damned if I can find the thing right now.
