Obviously, I misunderstood the question. But I don't feel too bad. It
seems like the rest of the list did as well.
Hmmm...
Perhaps an artifurnace could do it. Technically, they're only major
helms. But, in my opinion, something powered by a *powerful* artifact
sould be able to break the rules.
Alternately, they could go looking for the rest of the ship. It should be
just about as challenging as tracking down an artifurnace.
Or they could use a *lot* of reverse gravity spells to get it into orbit
(be certain to check falling speeds, distance to a stable unpowered orbit,
and the duration of the spell). From there, maybe it could be mounted on
a Dwarven Citadel.
