While I like the concept in general (I always like big, brawny
fighters), I think it's probably a tad overpowered. The guy you're
describing is, to me anyways, a big, lumbering, physically impressive
specimen of large size but possibly of slow wit and slow reflexes. He's
never *had* to become fast and nimble because, well, he doesn't need
to. Brute strength usually carries the day for him.

         Some comments:

>Unstoppable, Undentable

Personally, I think this character shouldn't get such a big boost
in Reflex saves, for reasons I mention above.

>Unrateable: The character is adept at fitting in with the

This runs counter to the effect you're shooting for, IMHO. This
is a *big* fellow with a bonus to intimidation rolls whenever his physique
could be a deciding factor. A fellow like that is not going to be able to
slip through a crowd "unnoticed."

>Unphaseable: The character is able to shake off mental effects.

In this case, I think the proper spelling is "faze" as opposed to
"phase."

Alchemy, Balance, and Disable Device as class skills?

>Skill Points = 4 + int modifier/level

I think this should probably be at 2 + INT instead of 4 + INT.
