I _believe_ that it is in 'On the Heavens'. Be careful, though, many
'readers' of Aristotle are very edited. ('A New Aristotle Reader',
for example, is for philosophy classes and so all the sections
dealing with 'crystal spheres' in 'On the Heavens' are cut out).
