Sent the effect list offlist but wanted to tell his history. Caraway was
born on Kyrnn. Wandered off into space and ended up on Toril. On Toril some
Elvin wizard not knowing of kenders taught him magic. As we know it didn't
translate well and he learned wild magic. He eventually left and re-entered
space where he went back to Krynn. Being only 1st level he would not have
attracted the concils attention. He was there only a few months before going
back into space.
