lavaworms

Needing a little help
    I have manage to lose/misplace my copy of Realmspace and not have
the characteristics of the lavaworm (I was working on the project and
was halfway through) have the Description, Combat and Habitat/society
and ecology more or less done. Was wonder what the 2E characteristic of
the lava worm was for the following:

AC: 
no. appearing, 
movement, 
hitdice, 
no atttacks, 
damage, 
special attacks,
special defense, 
magic resistance (if any), 
size, 
diet, 
alignment (i assume neutral on this).
