        Um, no, I'm talking about social classes as in 'rich guys/middle
class/poor' rather than D&D adventurer-type classes.

        Persumably, but you're on your own as far as NPC classes beyond the
basic class writeup.  The character classes get a few pages devoted to
an NPC generator (gives stats, skills, attacks, AC, even magic items).
One for the 'NPC' classes (aristocrat, adept, expert, commoner, warrior)
would have been nice as well.
        All characters get a sort of 'baseline' of treasure they're expected to
have at such and such level (for example, a 9th level character should
have 12,000 worth of equipment, magic items, & mounts; given the costs
of 3e magic items, that ain't a whole lot).

        Whatever the basic roll or baseline treasure is ;)
