It ain't impossible for light because light has no rest mass. Indeed, light,
having no rest mass, can exist only by travelling at maximum speed.

Zero, because in the metric (the way you define "distances") of the
quadrispace the "length" of the path of light is zero. The relation between
time and space is defined on the properties of light.
