Create Major Helm is 7th level spell
7 x 13 x 1,800 = 163,800 gp would be a fast calculation of cost of major
helm (although most major helm are more powerful than what a 13 level caster
would be able to achive, ie. create major helm tonnage is determined by
caster level, not just 100 tons).
