Everything is either owned by you, unowned (free), or owned by someone else.
Even other Neogi.  Neogi captains "own" their crew, for example.

Kinda weak, but they make up for it in there natural mind blast ability.
Let's put it this way:  In one campain (Some Underdark epic campain I can't
remember off the top of my head), has, one time only when the mainly 6th
level party leave the Underdark, run into 2 illithids.  They are alone.  It
recommends you don't do when they're injured.

Kinda.  It doesn't appear right in front of you, but you tell them you want
one, and a few days later, they supply one.
