One question though, how would the ships get back into the hanger?  Wouldn't
they need to have teleportation capabilities of their own?  The only thing I
can think of is to have the other teleport pad be on the surface or in space
(the dark side of the moon, maybe), but then you have a similar problem as
the tunnel, destroy the outside pad and the ships are trapped.
