Where'd you get +7 for the slam? I only see +3 for the HD, am I missing
something?

**** No I messed up.... later on I changed the abilities.... so +3 it is.

The good saves for a monstrous humanoid are Reflex and Will. Fort +1, Ref
+4 (+3 base, +1 Dex), and Will +3 are the by the book numbers. Did you swap
Fort for Ref as a good save?

**** Yes I did... it must be Fort +1, Ref +4, Will +3

What about Improved Disarm? There is a reference in the text to grabbing a
sword arm with the antanae. Also, why bother with improved unarmed strike?
The antanae shouldn't provoke an AoO and the insectare strike me as the type
to use a weapon and not their fists. I think Imp disarm would be a better
choice.

**** Okay... Feats: Improved Disarm, Improved Trip, Skill Focus (Disguise)

Why not make it operate as the summon swarm spell? Is there a save or
attack roll?

8***** done.
