New survey

Greetings,

        Over the past few weeks I've noticed that impressions of people's
opinions I get from list chatter and those I get from the surveys don't
always mesh.  In light of that, I'm bringing up an old topic:  What should
the Seeker High Council's role be in the SJ community?  The reference to
"answering questions" in the first choice means the council should serve
a Sage-like role for SJ questions.  I'm really curious to see what
people are looking for these days, and not just the vocal list group.
