Well, let's see here...
Firstly, there are no TSR/WOTC/Hasbro-produced net materials for
Spelljammer. There's plenty of fan materials, probably a few bootlegs, but
nothing on the scale of the "Forgotten Realms" classic downloads. You could
likely find deckplans all over the 'net; it's what I did back when I only
had the original boxed set books...

Secondly, you can check online stores like hitpointe.com and
dragontrove.com; they have some SJ stuff for sale, or did when I last
checked. Or, if you're really desparate, try some people on the list. I have
extra copies of Lorebook of the Void and the Compendium of Arcane Space, for
example, though I'd be loath to part with them.

Thirdly, it's the Complete Spacefarer's Handbook; I own a copy, it's nifty.
Also, the War Captain's Companion is pretty kewl, and might be worth going
after. The only real "core" product you didn't mention that I know of is
Practical Planetology, though I've never seen it in person.
