First, I want to say that I have been wanting to submit some entries for
approval. But, there are some things that I want to revise before I do so,
let alone find the time to do that.

Next, I have also found that the lack of submissions for approval by the
council has been a bit disappointing. I have referred a few people to make
submissions to the council, which they did do.

Personally, I don't think that the submission guidelines were all that
strict. However, if revising the submission guidelines will help foster an
environment that will inspire people to submit their works, then we should
do so.

The first thing that I would like to know is what people are looking for
regarding submission guidelines and what is thought to be fair.
