? I don't think that's how you submit things to Compendium...And they're s'posed to be acceptable to the Council, I thought, or Static at least... ? Maybe I'll have to check Comependium... But I, personally, didn't know you were submitting anything to become official SJ. A typical list post is "look what I wrote, isn't it cool? feel free to use it in your games" as opposed to "look what I'm going to make official, comment if you think it needs corrected." Now then, the submission process as respectfully stolen from Compendium...(take note of #1, where it says to put "Submission" in the subject line) "Presented here is the process for submitting new material to Compendium: The Seeker's Archive, including pitfalls to avoid. Questions about submissions should be sent to the Council members. The first step in making a submission is posting it to the Spelljammer Mailing List. The word "Submission:" should be in the subject. You should also remember to ask for comments. If you don't have access the the List, or you don't want to have your work picked apart, you can send the submission to the Council. This will mean only that a smaller group will be able to comment on your work in step #2 below. If the submission contains non-text data (e.g. spreadsheets, images), please let the Council know. We'll arrange to have the data put up on a web site for everybody to see. Next, other list members will step in and provide feedback on your work. This feedback will help the Council judge the submission in the later stages, and should save a lot of time in the process. The council will help resolve any issues which may remain. A vote can be arranged (only if needed and/or wanted) to resolve really tough issues. Nothing will be posted to Compendium without the author's final approval. Finally, the author lets the Council know that the entry is ready. Sending a final copy to the Council will help save time. Council then makes the final decision on whether the submission will be accepted. Accepted submissions will be HTMLed and made available to the author for review shortly after they are accepted. The author will need to give final approval before the page is linked into the rest of the site." I would probably have commented had I known what was intended, but I have undoubtedly deleted the messages already. ~George Lavalle "I used to take everything seriously.
