In our last episode, Funagain Games said:

        Yup.  Nobody seems to want it anything but HTML, which is a good
thing.

closer to the left edge of the page.

link, text, or bgcolor attributes.  This would be the printable version.
Each version would have a link to its duplicate at the bottom.

        These two contradict #1... :)  They're *tons* of work.  Or, at least
will be, when I start porting BtM.  Having two copies is probably the option
I like least, since it'll be a nightmare to maintain when people send
corrections and stuff.

        On the bright side, I recently figured out @media, which should solve
a good chunk of the problems.  I just wish we had browsers that supported CSS2
better.
